Constance A. Bell departed her earthly life to start her heavenly life on Thursday May 21, 2015. Born in Lockport on May 12, 1945, she was the daughter of William and Lois Wilson Bertrand. Constance was a dance instructor at the Arthur Murray Dance Studio during her 20' and 30's. She also ran a home improvement and maintenance business with her husband, the late Shelly Lewis Bell, until he passed away in 2009, named S & C Maintenance. Constance is survived by her siblings, Robert (Carol) Bertrand of Lima, Ohio, Richard Bertrand of Lockport and Nannette (Jim) Falsetti of Ct.; she is also survived by her niece, Adrianna, nephew, Sam, cousins, Tom (Wanda) Hartley of Newfane and Byron (Carol) Hartley of Vinyard Haven, MA., and her longtime friend, Linda Taylor and her family. There will be no prior visitation. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. In Lieu of flowers, memorials to any Animal Shelter in memory of Constance, would be appreciated by the family
