James F. Parkinson, II passed away May 9, 2015 in Eastern Niagara Hospital in Lockport. Born in Columbus, Ohio on June 7, 1926 he was the son of James F. and Winafred (nee Tillet) Parkinson, Sr. James served in the US Navy from 1944 to 1948 and worked for JC Penney in Meadville, PA where he was a manager. He is survived by his wife Lois M. (nee Soper) Parkinson; father of Penny (David Van Natta) Parkinson of Fairfax, VA, Pamela (Donald) Bach of Newfane, James (Naomi) Parkinson of Deridder, LA, and Richard (Chrissy) Parkinson of Pittsburg, PA; grandfather of twelve and great grandfather of five; brother of the late David and Thomas Parkinson.
Private funeral services were held at the convenience of the family.
